The following rates are based on staying a minimum of two nights up to 5 guests.
  
Must be 21 or older to make any reservation.  

Over 5 guests will be added $10/person per night

Age 5 and under are free.  

Cabins are not charged at the maximum bed/person space available.  Amounts below are to give an idea how many could possibly stay.  Your family/group should determine based on bed size and who is coming.

2 Night stay minimum required

Campers: $25/night for full hookup.  Must be with the guests in selective cabins-  Lodge, #7,  #1  and small camper between #3 or #4

Tents: $10 per tent per night if more than 5 people staying in the cabin. Must be with rented cabin and have permission from owners before setting up. Tents bigger than 10-person are not allowed.
VISITORS DAY RATE:​  The facilities of Pine Ridge Retreat & Lodging are for the exclusive use of registered guests staying nightly.  If a cabin invites one or two people, we have no problem.  
If you would like to have added people (for a larger gathering, an extra $20 would be added.  This rate is to cover increase costs of utility usage including water, electric, heat or air conditioning  and use of our playground or fishing.  Rental of paddle boats/kayaks exclusive for Pine Ridge Retreat guests.

Deposits

  • Deposits are required when making an online reservation. 
  • Deposits are deducted from total of stay.
  • $100 Deposit for Family Cabins
  • $200 Deposit for Large Cabins
  • Full payment +$20 cleaning fee is required for one night stay (only if available or eligible)
  • $35 fee will be charged for any returned checks

Refund Policy
  • You will receive a full refund of your deposit if on or before 14 days (2 weeks) of your stay minus a 5% cancellation fee.  This fee covers reservation and/or credit card fees.
  • On or Less than 13 days there is no deposit refund.
  •  We understand that unfortunate events can arise, and we will work with the guest to reschedule to another date if something should happen.  ​  
Early Departures
  • For early departures, the balance of the stay is due.  We do try to work with people however, pending the situation.
Total Due Payment
  • A check-in receipt with total amount due will be left on table or counter in cabin.
  • If any corrections or changes are made a new check-in receipt will be left on door of cabin.
  • Payment may be made at anytime during stay in person with cash, check or credit card.
  • Cash or check can also be left on table in cabin when checking out.
  • If a credit card is used for final payment a 3.5% fee will be added to total amount due.
